Ex-Hamilton, ASU, NFL WR Kerry Taylor named Arcadia football coach
Former Chandler Hamilton, Arizona State and Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Kerry Taylor is the new Phoenix Arcadia football coach.
The school and Taylor both announced it Wednesday on social media.
Taylor spent last football season at Oregon State, where he was the offensive quality control coach and worked with receivers. His brother Kolby, who missed his senior season at Chandler High two years ago because of a leg injury, was a freshman receiver at OSU.
He replaces Tony Stillings at Arcadia, who resigned after one season. The Titans were outscored 472-29 last season, going 0-10. Overall, it has lost 13 games in a row.
